Older model American International Electric foot operated impluse sealers used a single, 6 wire harness for connecting to the timer controls. That design has been discontinued in favor of a 2 harness design - a 4 wire and a 2 wire harness.
New style timer controls can be wired into older models
with a change to the wiring harness.
Terminals 1 through 4 remain together, but terminals 5 and 6 feeding the
transformer are moved to the opposite side of the timer control.
